Frozen moments —Märta Berglund

In piecing together fragments of glass negatives, along the traces of the medieval town of Visby, an image of a forgotten female artist’s life’s work emerges. The film is directed by Florence Montmare and produced by MDEMC, Attaché, Anna J. Ljungmark, as a co-production with Swedish Television and Gotland Film Fund. Support from the Swedish Film Institute, Film på Gotland, and Konstnärsnämnden. Release on SVT in October 2026.
